Choosing a course and university
We start from your actual academic record — your grades, your field of study, and which language you want to study in — and match it against real course offerings, not a generic list of “top Italian universities”. Some programmes are taught entirely in English, others in Italian, and quite a few offer both tracks with different entrance requirements. Your advisor walks through what you qualify for and what your realistic options actually are, including the ones you wouldn’t have found searching on your own.
Universitaly pre-enrolment, handled end to end
Every non-EU student applying to an Italian university has to pre-enrol through the government’s Universitaly portal before a consulate will even look at a student visa application — it’s the single most confusing administrative step in the entire process, with a narrow application window and country-specific document requirements. We fill this in with you, track the deadline, and make sure what you submit matches what your chosen university actually asks for.
Entrance exams, where one’s required
Medicine, dentistry, and a handful of other degree programmes require a national entrance exam — IMAT for English-taught medicine, TOLC for many other courses. We tell you early whether your target course needs one, help you register for the right session, and — if you want structured preparation rather than self-study — point you to our entrance-exam preparation platform, an e-learning platform with study materials for each test.
After you’re admitted
An admission decision isn’t the finish line here — it’s the point where visa and document legalisation and finding somewhere to live start in parallel. Everything you’ve submitted, and every note from your advisor, stays in one portal so nothing has to be re-explained from scratch to whoever picks up your file next.
